About This Workshop
Parenting alone after the death of a partner can feel disorienting. The grief is often intense, yet daily responsibilities remain.
It can be overwhelming to meet your children’s needs while managing your own emotions.
This workshop explores how grieving men adjust to solo parenting after loss. It also offers practical suggestions to help navigate this new role.
The session will conclude with 15 minutes for Q and A.
