Relationships in family and with friends can dramatically be impacted and changed after the death of an individual. Grievers can feel further isolated in their experience as they try and manage changed family dynamics, challenging new roles and seeking out support. This workshop will focus on the multiple ways male grievers have to adapt to changes in their families and discuss strategies to aid with this social change. The format used for this workshop includes 15 minutes of an individual describing his experience dealing after his wife died followed by 15 minutes with a grief and loss educator discussing common challenges men face. The workshop will conclude with 15 minutes for Q and A.
Our webinar series offers honest and practical conversations that provide support, connection and insight for men coping with loss—helping them navigate grief and find a path forward.
